Our Culture

Weedflowersm has brought together an intensely loyal and passionate group of diverse individuals in a common quest for excellence in money management. The team working for you has experienced almost no turnover since our founding over a decade ago. We are seasoned analysts, with four CFAs, one CPA, one PhD, and the balance with coverage-specific employment or proprietary research experience. We have assembled a skilled group of three to accommodate the operational and compliance needs of institutions and wealthy investors. Our native city of Baltimore is a hotbed of wealth management based upon concepts of long-term quality growth investing. New York and Boston are fast-paced and trade on information. Chicago is quantitative, steeped in commodity expertise, and often value-oriented. Minneapolis and California have a growth tilt.
